Outdoor/Warm Weather Policy

*Quotes given are good for 48 hrs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude Holidays. Inquire within for a quote on Holidays.

Entertainment is not "booked" until both a deposit & signed event agreement have been received.

*Travel fees are added to events outside of our 15 mile radius. Inquire within for a quote.

June 1 - October: Due to risk of heat stroke in the afternoon heat, outdoor events are welcome from 10:00am-12:30pm and from 6:00pm-9:30pm only.

*Time allowances may change due to unexpected heat waves.

**If having more than 15 children, additional characters or assistants may need to be added to your package. Doing so will ensure that your character can conduct all activities and do so in an organized fashion. Contact us to discuss.

*If you think you may have more than 15 children, its highly suggested that you add an additional character or a party assistant to ensure that all all activities can be performed and in an organized fashion. If there are over 15 children participating at the event, your character will complete as many activities as possible. Activities performed will be at the discretion of the performer.
